As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.

They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one. - Romans 3:10-12

I just hope that we always strive to gain favor in the sight of the Lord our God.

The Word of God - Our Protection

Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints - Ephesians 6:16-18

The Word of God is our only Protection from the wicked things in this world. And Prayer with Faith is our only form of communication with the Lord our God. So He may hear us and attend to our needs.

Bible Reflection - Faith

Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. - Matthew 7:22-23

Good works not produced by FAITH is worthless in the eyes of the Lord

Foundation of Faith

This is my first post for this blog site. And i guess i want to start by defining the word Christian. It's a common word and you hear that everyday. But not everyone if not most understands the meaning of that word.

Christian means follower of Jesus Christ. And to follow Jesus, Faith is required. And Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Following the life of Jesus also requires knowledge of His Words which is the Bible. And the Bible is the foundation of our Faith which leads to Godly Knowledge and Wisdom. And of course, Salvation which is Everlasting Life with Jesus in Heaven.
